The Utah County Republican Party is a private organization and as such all of our events are private. While we are happy to welcome all our members and the public at large to attend the events that we put on but this does not remove the private nature.
- Our organization does not support nor encourage the gathering of signatures to bypass the party and we encourage those wishing to reach the ballot in this fashion to go unaffiliated which has a lower signature requirement and is what the original intent of signature gathering was for. Keeping this in mind candidates and attendees may be removed from our events if the are caught in the action of signature gathering
- Members of the media are expected to gain permission from the county chair or a designated representative before participating at the event within their professional capacity
