Occasionally, it becomes necessary for the UCRP Executive Committee to receive, hear, and rule upon formal complaints brought forward by a member of the County Central Committee, regarding allegations associated with a Party member (or members) who is an Officer (or Delegate) of the County Party.
When/If this occurs, the complainant must follow a procedure defined in the UCRP governing documents. The following document provides reasons and process for filing a formal complaint with the UCRP Executive Committee.
This paper does not provide for actions associated with a criminal or civil complaint. All complaints of a criminal and/or civil nature should be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction.
